Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Water Damage Restoration Norcross collects, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have. Effective date: November 3, 2026.
Who we are
This website, waterdamagerestorationnorcross.com (the "Site"), is a call-in referral service. When you call the number on the Site, your own call is connected to an independent water damage restoration contractor who speaks with you on that call.

- ContactPrivacy questions are handled by phone: call the number shown on this Site and say that you are making a privacy request. Until a dedicated privacy email address is published, calling is the way to reach us.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to information collected through the Site and through phone calls you place to the numbers shown on it. "We", "us" and "our" mean the Site and its operator. It does not apply to the independent contractors your call reaches. When a contractor speaks with you or works for you, that contractor's own privacy practices apply to what they learn from you, and you can ask them about those practices directly.
Information we collect
- Call informationWhen you call, routing systems may record the calling number, the time and length of the call, and the general location associated with the number. Calls may be recorded for quality and billing purposes where the law permits, and a notice may play at the start of the call.
- Site usage informationLike most websites, the hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. These are used to run and protect the Site.
What we do not collect
The Site has no forms, accounts or sign-ups. We do not ask you to submit your name, email address or street address through the Site. We do not keep a list of people to contact later. We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers, government identification numbers or health records. Please do not share them on a call unless you have decided to share them with the contractor.
How we use information
- To connect your call to a contractor and to confirm that the connection took place.
- To keep records needed for billing between the Site and its referral partners.
- To run, secure and improve the Site, and to detect abuse.
- To meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
No outbound contact
We do not call, text or email people who visit the Site or call it, and we send no marketing. Anything arranged after your call, including any later contact from the contractor, is something you and the contractor agree on during that call.
Retention and security
Call records and technical logs are kept only for as long as they are reasonably needed for the purposes above, including billing, dispute handling and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. We use reasonable safeguards for the information we hold, but no system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights under those laws, including not being treated differently for using them. To make a request, call the number on the Site. We may need to verify your request using the phone number involved, and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires.
Children
The Site is meant for adults responsible for a property. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Links and changes
The Site links to government agencies and other outside websites whose privacy practices we do not control. If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
